Gunsmoke … Tombstone … Cowboys & Aliens … Gettysburg … What a thrill it was to spend time with the talented, humble, and extra kind actor, Buck Taylor, at the East Tennessee Historical Society in Knoxville yesterday! He shared many interesting tales about his early life through the present. I brought a prop that I own from the Gunsmoke series that can be seen in just about every episode hanging on the wall in the Long Branch Saloon from season 9-20. Buck, also a gifted artist, was surprised and excited to see an original piece that he had included in his “The Long Branch Saloon” painting.
